Asparagus

Asparagus is King of the World
Asparagus is a rock star and just so happens to be globetrotting on his 2012 spring tour.  He has an ambitious agenda ahead of him that includes taking a dip in some soup, getting tossed in a salad, hanging out in a rad noodle bowl, and lounging in some puff pastry.

  1. I'm a big fan of asparagus! My go-to recipe: a drizzle of olive oil, salt/pepper to taste, and bake until tender. Simple and delicious!

    1. That's my favorite way to prepare asparagus! It takes a lot of discipline to make asparagus any other way.

  3. That asparagus is so cute! Why does that guy have to be around for such a short season? Asparagus is up there as far as my favorite vegetables go. I'm with Joe that where asparagus is concerned, roasting is hard to beat. Grilling would not be far behind.
