Bringing home the zucchini bacon

In September, we're posting one cartoon per day as part of Vegan MoFo. Our theme, *Vegan Faux Show*, showcases various methods for creating vegan versions of classic foods like bacon, eggs, and cheese.

With all the attention that Eggplant Bacon is getting on the internet these days, it is surprising that Zucchini Bacon hasn't made quite the same impact. For all of you overwhelmed by your zucchini crop, please take note of this Zucchini Bacon recipe at Vegan Epicurean.

    What a cute little slice of bacon! I still have some ginormous zucchinis from my garden - I'll have to give this guy a try. :)
